A&w - Lexington

My burger was cold and i paid 35 cents more for extra mayo and pickles. i got 3 tiny tiny seethru beat up pickles. and barely a drop of mayo. and the new creamy frozen root beer. wasnt frozen or slushy. was like drinking a warm melted shake. $10 bucks wasted..

A safe place with excellent service and great food! Grilled chicken wrap a balance of fresh ingredients with plenty of lettuce too! Fries/onion rings hot, crispy, tasty. Chicken strips fresh, love the batter. Good portion. Well trained employees. Kind, courteous, they work as a team. Service efficient. Location Great location, near the downtown of Lexington. Plenty of parking. Restrooms Cleanest i’ve seen in a restaurant. Prices A bit high. But I think corporate/ franchise sets the menu numbers. I’d go a bit lower in prices to bring more people in. Would even out in short term, increase revenue in long term. Great owner. Travis spends time with the customers, trains employees to be exceptional. He leads and manages the way an owner should.

One of my favorite A&W when I am traveling in this area. Root beer floats are the best and the hot dogs are always hot and delicious. Staff is friendly and eating area is clean. Prices are great!

Good food, great service. Not thrilled with the ratty ,faded menu, with no prices to boot on it... But that's not a deal breaker for me. Always delicious.

The girl was short with us. She was probably busy but she walked away from the car while my friend was talking to her and there's no real way she didn't hear her. So...that. But the food was bomb!Parking: Honestly, it's been 20+ years since I've been to and A&W. We pulled into a parking spot to get out and go in but this girl pops up in our window to take our order before we can put our windows up. But then while we're waiting for our food someone pulls next to us and goes in so....it's a little unclear on where to park for car service and where for dine in...
