I was in the car for cold food for over 20 minutes. no serviette no straws. never.

I had only the worst experience with someone who claimed to be a manager called shay. go to another captain ds. the customer service at this location is not existent.

Absolutely terrible order was wrong, the employee had a attitude and very unwilling. not happy. make better

I only gave these 4 stars because the hired man did a great job. my fish was fresh and hot! this koleslawin was terrible, though! nothing could have helped him. I threw it away.

The food is very good. The portions were great. The shift manager on 05/25/2022 at approximately 7:00 shorted me a complete meal at drive thru. When brought to her attention when I returned, she was rude and very uncooperative. She did replace my missing meal, however with an attitude. I ask for her name she just mumbled something unrecognizable. It will be my last visit?
