Donatos Pizza - Lexington

We ordered a pizza before 9:00 pm and foolishly prepaid. We were told it would be delivered in 30 min. It is now 11:00, they are closed, we are hungry, everywhere else is now closed also AND WE NEVER GOT OUR PIZZA, NOR A PHONE CALL, NOR A REFUND! THIS PLACEIS A SCAM THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, BUT YOU NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN, MUCH LESS GET A HOT OR COLD, OR ANY KIND OF PIZZA. IF Icould give them less then a 0 star I would. Save your money unless you enjoy wasting it!

Used to eat at donatos in Ohio all the time was a blast from the past good thin crust pizza

I had a GREAT lunch experience in donato today. had a small greender favorit and a drink and had enough left to enjoy later dinner. small terrace was a beautiful curse from the office. thank you!

I never had no donatos and when I told you I was missing! the thin crust pizza is amazing! my small child and I take a medium together and love it. the only reason why a star is lost is because of the customer service. I expressed it that I was living in my first time, all excited, and the heart literally stared at me. has not offered any help. hasn't asked. that's done, so that's it.

I use to enjoy this place much more, but they don't make their pizza as far as taste.
