Mcdonald's - Lexington

I experienced some confusion with my order when I arrived home, as I received the wrong burger. The service at the drive-thru was mixed; the woman who handed me my food was quite rude, while the gentleman who took my payment was friendly and accommodating. On the positive side, the food was served hot.

I can't give you even four stars! That's why I'm giving you five, as I really don't like this place. The food is not good at all, and I can't say I enjoyed it. Honestly, my experience here was disappointing.

The food was good, but the customer service was just okay. It's disappointing that the drive-thru staff member who took my order seemed disinterested. All she needed to do was smile and show a bit more enthusiasm.

Ordered a special order quarter pounder. No pickles or onions, but lettuce and tomato. Got exactly what i didnt want but paid extra for... Have a doctors appt and don't have time to go back and complain.

Waited 18 minutes from the time I got in line to the time I got my food. All I ordered was a simple happy meal. Received wrong sauce, girl at window not very friendly. Only positive was food was hot, should have been after that wait
