The best gelato I've ever had in Virginia! I always enjoy bringing my family and friends here. The variety of flavors they offer is fantastic!

This wonderful little coffee shop in downtown Lexington is a gem! The staff are not only highly skilled coffee artists but also a lot of fun to be around. Every visit has been a delightful experience. If you find yourself bored with your usual coffee order, don’t hesitate to ask the creative staff for something new and exciting! They excel at crafting the best combinations using excellent beans. I can't recommend this place enough!

Pronto Via was one of the first vendors we secured for our wedding because we were instantly drawn to the idea of a dessert truck! Neither of us are particularly fond of cake, but we absolutely love gelato and pie, so it made perfect sense. Working with Meredith and her team was a breeze! During our tasting, Meredith even made personalized comment cards with our names for us to use while sampling the various options—it was such a thoughtful touch! The manager from Pronto Via attended our wedding and was incredibly friendly, allowing us to hop up into the truck for some adorable photos. The gelato and mini pies were the standout favorites among our guests, who keep raving about them even now. We can't wait to return to Lexington and visit their store to indulge in more of their delicious gelato!

10/10 such a gem, bummed to not be a local and get to enjoy this spot anytime! Stopped in to take double espressos to-go to make a protein coffee on our own. The espresso was so good and made our homemade protein drink taste fantastic. So we decided later that morning to go back to try a cappuccino. Best. Cappuccino. Ever. I mean- what a delight. The barista who prepared it was kind enough to explain the sizes and how to receive one in a cup vs a to-go cup. I watched her make it with skill care. And the taste was exceptional. If all cappuccinos tasted like that it would become my go-to coffee drink. The foam was dense and smooth, such a balanced drink. The sugar provided was a good selection, the disposable silverware was good quality, the shop was clean a beautiful aesthetic. Vibe was on-point on a Saturday morning. Would love to come back for more drinks, to try pastries, gelato, etc which all looked great. They also list affogato and a moscato affogato (what?! OMG) on their menu— would have loved to try those, too! I am jealous of you, the person reading this, about to go get you a treat from Pronto!
