Wayback Burgers - Lexington

First visit and it wasn't a great one. The double bacon was quite small compared to how it was advertised and all the requested sauces were not included, including for the Cajun ton. Taste is good, but there are better burgers places with the same prices

We liked the restaurant, but at our last visit the checkout did not understand that my voucher was good for another month and she took it to me that it was a one-time use. She could have asked someone, but she just told me no, and she has to show her manager. We won't be back. Since my review, the manager contacted me and was very apologetic and understanding. He made the mistake of the cashier we treated right. We will return for a very good burger.

All in all, it was a good experience. On the lazy Sunday at 2:00. Beautiful, clean environment. Floor was not busy at all and the service was great. By food, I felt even though the burger was made to order and came to a reasonable time it was 't as tasteful as what I expect for a $10 signature burger. Go on and pay the premium on the pommes, the chili was amazing, and paired excellent with the frits. The coffee milkshake includes pumps of espresso that was good.. a little too much on the vanilla taste for my personal taste, but if I returned, I would be willing to try one of their other flavors. Liked it, didn't love it, but I could return.

Great service! Staff in service almost forget everything in our party order. They brought out a false milkshake twice before she got right. A person in my party never received their milkshake, and we had to remind the staff to make it 15 minutes after the order. My burger had everything left and had to be corrected. We received 2 orders from Pommes when one of them should be onion rings. The staff was visibly upset and overwhelmed. There was no communication between the employees. There were only two other parties sitting next to mine, and yet they fought with such a small group. All burgers were completely saturated in fat and very Bland, but they calculate gourmet prices. I paid $40 for 2 base cheeseburgers, 2 sides of pommes (one should be onion rings), and a milkshake that tasted plastic. Everything is a la carte so a regular page of Fritten is $4.50 before tax. Very overpriced, sufficient service is simply not available, and the food quality is bad. There are several better places for a burger in the immediate vicinity. I won't return.

I love this restaurant but the service we received tonight was unacceptable. The restaurant closes at 9pm. We walked in at 8:50pm and stood a few minutes before we were greeted. Once we were greeted we were told that the cook may not want to make anything else because the restaurant closes in 10 minutes. Understand this we were not going to dine in We were going to place our order to go. I understand how it is working in restaurants but if the business sign says open and it doesnt close until a certain time why would we be refused service. I would understand if the time the business closed was 8:50pm but we had 10 minutes. We told the young lady it was fine and we walked out. They locked the doors right behind us so that no one else could walk in even though they still had 2 occupied tables and it was not 9pm. I am very big on customer service but I will not be dining back at this location.
