Feedback gevenWent on a Friday night with friends and the place was packed as always. We were seated around 8:30 and it was about another 20—25 minutes before the chef started our meal. At that time of night they are moving quickly to get everything done so they can close up which I understand. I just wasn't really pleased with my meal at all, way too much sodium and the amount of grease was a bit much for me. The chef was fun and interacted with the table well.
The only that is always an issue is how many people they squeeze at a table. I know they try to be cost effective but sometimes customer comfort should take priority. Other then that, the food is great as always.
Meh.... the chefs shouldnt give others extra ingredients if they didnt order extra. Someone in my party was shorted veggies because someone else asked for more broccoli and they didnt order extra. I also didnt receive my steamed rice until our check came to the table. Probably wont visit again for a long while if at all. The atmosphere was unpleasant as well.
I've never been more disrespected with my family at a high end food establishment than I was today.... I was told the way they cook it is the way they do it… I asked for no onions I got extra onions… I proceeded to put my napkin over my plate as if I didn't want anything.. the cook proceeded to remove napkin and continue to serve me.... I had to get up 2 times my self to get drinks for me and my family..... at the end I wasn't paying for my food period I didn't eat any of it… and … – show
Service was so lousy. Our waitress came a half hour after we were seated I explained that I'm allergic to mushrooms the waitress tried to give me the soup with mushrooms. They refused to accommodate us, no drinks, remove the 18% gratuity, nothing.Later manager advised that we can leave and go somewhere else.
