Guy and his team are outstanding at what they do. They catered for us two weeks ago at our wedding, and the food was simply amazing. Everyone commented on how delicious it was, and the canapés were a delightful treat! The service was smooth and professional from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, and there was a wide selection on the rehearsal menus. On top of that, Guy even created my dream dessert, the "Millionaire's Cheesecake," which was incredible. A big thank you to them; I would recommend them to everyone and will definitely use Fairhursts again!

Absolutely fantastic food and service! Our wedding took place in November at Castle Bolton, and Herr Fairhurst and his team made it a truly special day. The menu was incredibly diverse and received rave reviews from all our guests; the variety of canapés was amazing! If you ever see Fairhurst's steak and ale cake on the menu, don't hesitate to order it—it's one of the best cakes I've ever had! Five stars!

On Saturday, May 20th, my daughter and her new husband chose Bolton Castle, with Guy Fairhurst as the chef, to prepare their wedding breakfast, and they did an incredible job. We began with canapés, followed by a delightful meal in the Grand Chamber. Each dish was beautifully presented, delicious, and served piping hot. Everyone remarked on how wonderful the dining experience was. It truly contributed to making their day absolutely perfect. A big thank you to Guy and his team; I highly recommend them for any event that involves dining—they are top-notch.

Guy and his team provided two gastfreundschaftseinheits for my sponsors at the croft british touring car championship round. Feedback both sponsors was very positiw, eating was excellent, the event and delivery of food ran smoothly and guys coworkers were welcome, helpful and happy. Thanks guy!

We had a wonderful winter wedding at Bolton castle on Saturday and every one of our guests had a brilliant time lots of fun music and laughter and special times all helped along by the beautiful food put on by Guy and his team at Fairhursts. The canapés were beautiful and the hog roast and desserts delicious The service on the day was fab and Guy, Lorna and the rest of the team were friendly, efficient and couldn't have been better .
