Pizza Hut - Leyden Township

I had not been to a pizza hut in many years. I decided to go yesterday and I'll tell you, it's pretty darn good. The pizza was good and the staff is fantastic here. I'll be coming again soon.

The workers and food were great but the ordering process is the worst experience ever. When you call in to order you have to deal with a call center. I tried doing the PI day buy one get one free pizza and she said they didn’t do it but when I came in the guy said they did do it. She also told me the price was around $85 and when I went to pay the bill was $101. She also had a hard time understanding what I wanted. This has to be the worst call in order experience ever! The guy at the register was great in explaining the situation and I honestly feel bad for him because he says this happens all the time and I’m sure customers will blame it on him even though he is not at fault. Please fix this!
