Very local atmosphere nothing fancy or touristy about this place. Just simple, tasty food and friendly people.

Great Place to have some local Catalan food with an excellent service. You need to eat the seafood staff!! Also good selection of beer.

We went on the recommendation of our host, on our first night in Barcelona. There was an English menu, though none of the staff spoke English not a fault, but it did cause certain problems. It took a while to get our order taken, and after they did we were brought cold bread with tomatoes on something that seems to be a common 'starter ' in Spain along with some chips. Afterwards, our mains came out. I had hake with mussels, which were nice but there was a lot of sauce so you couldn 't really taste the fish. My friend had prawns, which she enjoyed but felt were overpriced for the amount she was given. Our plates were cleared, and when we went to the bar to pay for our meal, we saw the 'starters ' that we had never actually asked for were on there, at €5 each. Considering we didn 't order them, that was a surprise. Overall the food was average; lots of locals around makes me think it 's a popular enough place, but reading some of the reviews on here has me believing it 's not worth the hype.

Literal es el sabor casero en un restaurante, es a un precio justo, el servicio es muy rápido.

No le puedo poner más estrellas por culpa de los servicios, WC. Creo que deberían estar algo mejor el de mujeres. Cuando hay mucha gente, como en feria, se hacen unas colas enormes y su limpieza es escasa.
