Taquería Mazatlán - Liberia

We went to this little restaurant to have a quick dinner, but we got so much more!! Excellent service, thank you very much to the friendly waiter that help us with the Spanish traduction. The foods was amazing I had the Tacos Mexicanos and there were the best tacos in Costa Rica! Don't forget to ask for their homemade spicy sauce. The prices were perfect as well. The ambiance was nice and relax! I wish I could go back for more!

I love it! What a good way to start the holiday then with some great food. Located in Liberia, we thought we were going to Tamarindo. So glad we did. The server was super sweet and very visited. The food was fresh and every food we ordered was perfect to fill us all. I would have mentioned what we ate, but I can't remember now, but as you can see, there are ways enchiladas, quasadias and tacos!

If you spend any time in Liberia Costa Rica, do not miss a quick meal in this place. Absolutely amazing food and service is friendly and professional. We stopped here completely by chance and wow, only wow! I had the Mexican salad (I am one of these "gluten-free" people) and I never had better. Don't miss this place.

I visited Taquería Mazatlán in spring 2016 and 2017 when I was in Costa Rica for ornithological field research. I loved this place and have beautiful memories to go here for Nacho fiesta con carne once a week.
