Hell Or High Water Brewing

Loved the food and drinks, however the young girl bartender kept messing with her nose piercing and never washed her hands. It was like picking her nose. I avoided her and waited for the other bartender to help me.

Ordered the salmon, got the tail section and it was so overcooked it looked like a shingle on my plate. Should never have been plated much less served. Second pice was thicker but still dry. Was supposed to be bourbon glazed but they served it on the side instead of glazing while cooking. Ordered a side of asparagus, got 4 small spears. They sell it for $5.50. Will not order either again.

Second time I have been and while they make great beer, they are a bit behind on quality of service and food. The menu is fantastic, however, both times the prep has been lackluster; which takes away from the phenomenal presentation.I will keep giving them a shot as they really seem to want to be a great place in Liberty Hill

The A.C. was not working and was like an oven. The server stated it hasn’t been working for a quite a while owners were trying to nickel and dime the repairs.. It was 110 outside!! At over $7 a beer the food prices I at the very least expect it to be comfortable and not be sweating like a pig! The owner obviously is putting profits ahead of the customers and workers.

Amazing service and knowledge of beer! Megan and Newsom were fantastic! Food was decent enough, not quite deserving of 5 stars but adding a little seasoning would make it happen! I will say the pretzel appetizer was well worth the price!!!
