Carl's Jr. - Liberty Lake

I arrived at this restaurant to order a burger. The cashier was polite, took my money, and began preparing my order. As I waited, I noticed the cashier mixing a pitcher of lemonade. He sampled it with a wooden spoon, returned the spoon to the pitcher, and continued stirring, adding more lemonade mix. He then tasted it again. I recommend improving employee training to prevent this unsanitary practice. If management doubts this incident occurred, I suggest reviewing the security footage at 8:26 PM on May 4th.

I am giving this restaurant two stars for the food I ordered and ended up waiting for 20 minutes in the drive-thru. I feel bad for the employee who was clearly overwhelmed, managing both the food preparation and the drive-thru orders. He worked tirelessly, but it was clear that they needed more help.
