Yoke's Fresh Market - Liberty Lake

This supermarket had all the gluten-free, non-GMO/organic products I needed to support my dietary preferences for a month while visiting. They had non-dairy ice cream, organic dry goods, health-conscious cleaning and laundry supplies. I didn't see a section for healthy supplements (unlike the ones they sell at CVS or other large food chains), but I wasn't specifically looking for them. They didn't offer any healthy prepared foods, but it was a great alternative to traveling to Coeur d'Alene or downtown Spokane to stock up on healthy essentials.

This restaurant provided everything I needed to meet my gluten-free, non-GMO/organic food requirements during my month-long visit.
