Impressive owners are friendly, attentive and highly efficient! You feel welcome at this business each and every visit! We love their ice cream selection and specialties! We took in a picture of a cake my grandson wanted for his birthday. The resulting cake was amazing. It included the volcanoes, stream, rocks, grass, and trees. We added the dinosaurs and couldn?t have been more pleased. It was perfect and delicious!

Never ever had staff members calling a customer the B and F word to a young 20 yr old lady because of a snow storm and she hadn 't picked up a cake. This young lady has the voice mail of him swearing and corporate notifiedNo one answers

I stopped by this store this weekend. The ice cream was delicious and the staff was very friendly. They took time to make sure I knew all of the flavors they offered.

Hands down the worst customer service. Harassing people for not picking up a cake that the owner decided to make 3 days early smh. Baskin Robbins needs to do something about the lunatic that owns this store.
