Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

One of our parties ordered a margarita, and our waiter asked for ID, then commented that he doesn't know how to read them, so he just says okay, looks good, thank you. I thought that was a bit. We asked for crispy pommes, but got no, and the fondue on the photo was a third of the cup in which it was served and full of fat bacon...

Co-workers have traveled over new burgers. My husband and I went to dinner. Waiting was told 15-20 min. After 2 groups of two parties who came after us sat and it was over the time of the hostess, I went to ask how much longer before we sat. We were told that our table was still sitting there and when they left and the table was clean, we would sit. We were also told that a big party came and therefore they had fewer tables available. If this had been mentioned when we arrived, we could have given up an order and received our food and could be home this time. Several minutes passed, and I started working on an order and was almost ready when we were sitting. The server was fine. I could say it was a busy night, and he tried to provide a good service. The food came cold. I wondered if my husband was the same. We thought about ordering dessert or drinks, but we just thought we'd go home. Overall, the burger was good, but disappointed it was cold. Fries were disgusting, cold and tasteless. Only when we left, I saw that the wort was on the table, but if you do not add to fries when they are just out of the frit they are not so good and when cold, the wort will not help. The waiting staff seems to be overwhelmed, as there was a letter in several places. The hostess is the opposite, perhaps one was in training the 3, which seemed to be working this position. Maybe mention a big party that can delay and offer the bar or go to order. Not ideal, but better than the experience we had last night.

You were busy when we left, so the service was a little delayed as you would expect. We got groundless pommes, so we were not as hungry when our meals arrived. I chose the Master cheese on a gluten-free bread with frits. It was delicious. I usually only get a simple cheeseburger, but I'm glad I turned it on this time. My fiancée loved the Buffalo wing and my future stepdaughter loved the groundless Mac and cheese.

My food was wonderful!!! I sat at the bar since I was alone and the service was great, very personable. The bar tender who served me was kind enough to bring me fries in advance. I had a Red's Tavern Double on a gluten free bun with fries and a diet coke. Everything was PERFECT. I'll definitely be returning here when I come back to KC on business.

It?s been a while since my last visit to Red Robin. Had lunch there on Sunday and the place was very full so I asked if I could get a seat at the bar( no patience to wait for longer than 10 min cuz I was starving). The fries came with two different sauces (ranch bbq) and I liked them. My Bonzai burger with a choice of salad was pretty good. The mushroom burger was actually good you truly have a thing for mushroom. It?s good to know the restaurant is generous on the ingredients but it we just thought there was way too much mushroom and overpower everything. Overall it was still a good experience and I would go back and try a different selection on their menu.
