Frankie Benny's Lichfield South

The restaurant offers tasty dishes at affordable prices with attentive service, but the noise level was surprisingly high.

During our stay at the Holiday Inn Express, we decided to dine at Frankie and Benny's, which was conveniently located within walking distance. We were delighted with the quality of the food and the friendly and pleasant staff. Overall, it was a great dining experience.

It was what you expect from a F&B's. The staff were very courteous and the food was of good quality. I do think it's quite expensive for what it is but I did have a voucher for 25% off total bill that made it better value. We were placed near the door to the toilets and as such could smell a faint hint of them everytime some opened the door to use them.

One of the best F&B's Ive been too. Food was fantastic, service was even better. Advice was brilliant in relation to my daughter having a dairy allergy, order was taken quickly, food again came without delay. Wish I had the girls name who served us (young girl said she goes to alton towers every year) as she was fantastic and deserves recognition

Good food. Had almost everything on the menu and my tip would be get the mixed grill.
