Excellent pub 5 minutes from canal if you’re boating. We went for lunch on a Friday and the pie was one of the best ever. Beer was very good with a selection of real ales in top condition. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and great service. The Oillie chips were tasty. The average price per person is between £30-40. I would rate the food a 4, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5. I recommend trying the Cottage Pie Chips and Homemade Apple Pie.
