Seaview Tavern - Lifford

Had two experiences here in the restaurant only . Dinner and Sunday lunch Both times food did not fail . Was exquisite. Some staff are better than others . Some are too young to care for the job and it was evident . Some are enthusiastic The Saturday night manager was a bit overwhelmed I noticed hence she wasn’t too present or pleasant Overall a really nice experience

This is a very busy little spot. Very rural and a lovely scenic setting. The place could do with a little TLC but that didn't put us off. The locals were friendly and inviting around the bar. Most of the staff were friendly once you got noticed however we spoke to several people before anyone properly acknowledged us. The food was ok. I would say it is overpriced for what we received. It was more cafe style food than restaurant quality. Very little flavour or flair. It's a nice spot for a quick refill but I wouldn't recommend if you were after a special meal or fine dining experience.

Recommended. Food and service very well. Quiet pitches for campers behind the pub.
