Feedback gevenI was here the other day. When I raised the young man in the window, I just looked at myself. I gave him my name he said. I didn't give him my first name. So gave him my number and he gave me the pizza and left. I came home my pizza was not cut and had a pool oil on it and my sun was meatball when I ordered Steak. I called and the GM was so rude and hung up on me. I'm going to the store and he says I have your order ready. I told him I'd want my money back. He said good and threw the pizza on the table. I asked about the owner contact and he said I am the GM I recommended I did not want to talk to him, I would like to talk to the owner, he said you will not speak to the owner. I have experienced NIE in my life such a thing with a GM as are we jokes of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I order from this place every Friday and will never order from here again. I already contacted the company office for franchising. I don't know who the owner is, but he should get rid of these rude young children. The two were down right nasty I cook hot. I still didn't get my money back because he was just friendly by the invalid reception with me and gave me no information.
The food was great and the server was nice. The only thing was that we waited for the ride and waited about 5 minutes and came in one. When we came in, only one person worked. Pizza was good here too. Thank you.
My experience here was absolutely terrible. One of my pizzas was wrong. I called the store. Spoke with a person named DJ who claims to be the GM. He told me I was lying when he made the one that made my pizza. It's a pizza and I ordered several items. I command a lot from this place and never had a problem or a complaint. Why would I lie about a pizza? DJ needs additional training if he is indeed the GM, as I am appalled tonight. So sassy and so rude for no reason. I didn't even get into the complaint before I was called a liar. This experience has made me never order from this place again. Just ridiculous. In response to the owner answer: I filled out the form immediately last night. It is unacceptable to wait for a continuation. Thank you. UPDATE: 7/22/22 I just received a call from DJ (the alleged GM from this place I complained about last night). He had the same attitude last night. Not sure why he called me at all and is still rude. Something really needs to be done on this point. What a embarrassment for a business. UPDATE: 7/24/22 The owner sent me an email about the situation and refunded my entire order. This was estimated
It was 29. July 2022 at 18:30-7:00. I picked up a DoorDash order when the store seemed very packed and secured with orders. An older and nice lady had patiently waited for her a pizza she ordered. When she asked about the status of her pizza, she was given away the pizza and had to wait longer. It's not the worst part. After waiting longer than the time of the cash register, the lady wanted to see if her pizza was placed on the finished shelf. Suddenly, the General Manager comes out and starts YELLING with her to secure herself repeatedly. The lady can hardly speak for herself, as she is already soft-poken and the man overwhelms her. He cries on her to secure her and doesn't even let her speak. When he goes back to the kitchen, I hear that he says to his employee to cancel the order so that she wouldn't get her pizza. Luckily, they didn't. It was the worst thing I saw in customer service. NO staff, ESPECIALLY the General Manager, should treat a customer so, especially because it has not done anything wrong. Fortunately, other customers came to their defense. The lady started crying, and the manager couldn't carefree. Customers demanded that they get their pizza as well as a refund for the bad service they received. When customers continue complaining about the General Manager for the employees, they said we can't do anything about it since he? Our General Manager? When she left with her pizza and refund, I saw the General Manager and an employee (who looked like him) started laughing together. I can't help but think they laugh about them, but what is there to laugh? He cried an older lady and thinks it's funny? This man has left the authority and power of General Manager on his head. I don't know what would have happened if the other customers don't defend the lady. No business should be as childish and disobeyed as he hired. He should be fired IMMEDIATELY, how DISRESPECTFUL treats the customers and how he treats the shop when he is busy.
I was waiting for my order today, Friday 28th July, 2022 6:45, when the Manager started yelling, screaming to a sweet old lady just because she walked a little bit more in front to the line. He made her cry ?. How is this possible??? How this person can be so mean and disrespectful to an elderly!!?? I really hope he gets what he deserves.
