Pizza Hut - Lilburn

I called to place a delivery order but was put on hold for 20 minutes without anyone coming back to the line. The customer service was very disappointing overall. The manager sounded like a distracted high school student and didn't seem to care about customer service or quality. I recommend skipping this place and choosing a local restaurant that values both product and service!

I waited 15 minutes for my pizza to be made, as promised. I had requested it to be cooked a specific way, but the crew was playing loud music with profanity in every other word. A woman touched the pizza with her bare hands while holding her phone, and she wasn't wearing gloves or a mask. I asked for my pizza to be cooked well, but it wasn't done properly. I won't be returning; I'll go up the street to Papa John's instead.

The pizza I received was burnt and incorrect. The large Hispanic gentleman was quite rude and refused to remake the burnt pizza for me. It was a waste of both money and time, especially since I have a family to feed. Even my dog didn't want to eat the leftovers. This was my third visit, and I think this place should be closed down.

I?m usually satisfied with pizza hut?s services...just not tonight. Around 11:40pm 07/18/20 I ordered a big dinner box that included a Buffalo sauce/grilled chicken pizza. (medium one topping only) On delivery, my pizza was mostly bread with hardly any Buffalo sauce or chicken. I would be more than happy to send an email with a photo of the pizza as well as proof of date/time. I?m disappointed because I am one of this specific pizza hut?s most frequent customers, and no effort was put into my order tonight.
