Zaxby's - Lilburn

Yeah they're like the taliban over there with the Zack sauce they used to give One out when you got s meal cause you don't wanna dip it just in ketchup But recently they firmed up on their $0.25 for what should be a free sauce Policy here eat this bad review

The wings had barely any sauce , and the boneless wings were so tiny . And it shouldn’t have been considered one wing. And the soda machine was dirty

So I went to the Zaxby's restaurant on 743 Pleasant Hill Rd to pick up an order that I placed online and when I went to pick up my order the person on the register said that I need to show ID in order to pick it up. Smfh. This has never happened to me here. When I went to talk to the manager, she claims it's due to scams that's been going on with online orders. I was very annoyed by this because even when I showed them my e-receipt with my name on the order, they still wanted me to show my ID. I've made a complaint to Zaxby's, and management is supposed to contact me. For those who live in the area has this ever happened to you before?

My experience was Good ,The young man that took my order was great Went by the name Daniel.If you see this thank you for representing zaxby's well .Only complaints I got is some of my chicken fingers were more breading then chicken ! Also Forgot one of my two sauces I was supposed to get with my meal.And the drink machine they have was a mess, ice everywhere and all sorts of drinks dripping down the machine onto the floors.Food was really good

This is the best Zaxby's ever! The place is so Clean and the sweet tea is Awesome! Employees are so nice especially Sherry and Victoria. Plus They have a 100 score and that means they work very hard and work as a team.
