For nigiri, there is no comparison in Montreal. Eat at the sushi bar.
Best Sushi in Montreal, very genuine and nice people running this little gem.
I used to go to Isakaya when it was on Parc Ave and didn't realize it had moved to this new (closer to me! location. I think it's primarily for take-out now, but there are a couple spots to sit inside if you're only a small amount of people. The food was amazing, and the service helpful and kind. I wasn't sure what to expect because it seemed so different, but this will now be our go-to sushi place!
Great food, great service, very affordable. Only took 1 star off because the restaurant part needs alot of improvement. I suspect they kind of just transition to take out/delivery so the restaurant is not really a focus for them.
