Metro Sushi

Sushi is okay. Ingredients don't seem the freshest at times but you can't beat 12 pieces of veggie sushi for under $7. Most of the sushi is already packed and ready to go, which is perfect when you're in a rush. The sushi place is conveniently located in the subway station.

In the category of sushi to go this place gets five stars. It's everything you want in a sushi to go place. It's a great price especially if you consider how much raw fish you get compared to its competitors. I first thought the concept of sushi in the metro was kind of gross from a hygienic standpoint but it is very clean and I have never heard of anybody having any problems at all. The quality is also the best I have had of combo sushi. If you're looking to get your sushi fix without spending too much this is the place! I eat a lot of sushi and have explored all the options in the area and this place wins. They also have pretty good bubble tea and a loyalty card.

Really solid quality sushi for its price and convenience. I often come here right after work when i don't feel like cooking. The sushi is always fresh and there are usually tons of options to choose from. My favorite is the vegetarian roll, which is quite different from the vegetarian rolls I've tried at other places. Nonchalant place, great for grab and go.

Fresh, yummy and a good value. For take out sushi on the go this is definitely the best I've had in Montreal. Fast service, a good selection and if they start to recognize you they will give you a loyalty card (although you can probably ask for one). This isn't upscale sushi but it is perfect for take out when you want something healthier and yummy for lunch. They have decent salads too.
