Get the extra crispy pork skin add on to your bowl of noodles!!! It was out of this world.The hand pulled noodles were so delicious and chewy and very reminiscent of the dishes my mum would make me as an after school snack.They were a few big Chinese families having lunch there when we got there on a Sunday afternoon, so there was a bit of a wait to get our food, but the owner was so sweet and apologetic for the delay. (They seem to only make one dish at a time, so do expect slower service)But it totally worth the wait the beef noodles were tender with crunchy soy beans and peanuts on top. The rice noodles in soup had big pieces of fish in it, with a kick of chili and sechuan peppercorn.And 2 big bowls came up to 33$ tax in.A frikin’ steal in this day and age.We’ll be back, that’s for sure.

I went this place every week and will be back again and again. The rice noodles are so delicious no matter which one you try. It is very tradition GuiLin local food. The only negative point is you might be wait for a long time for the food. It is because they cook each plate or bowl one by one, not all the orders together; so that each plate has its own GuoQi. Very delicious!
