It is written on the door that the restaurant opens at 9 a.m. yet the restaurant has been closed several times even though it is almost 9:30 a.m. This is not only disappointing but very frustrating. A lack of respect towards customers.

I just dropped in to pick up dinner, and the sole employee on site (young guy with black hair and brown eyes) couldn't be bothered to take his gloves off when he interrupted the sandwich making process to take my payment. After that he proceeded to resume making my food with the same gloves with zero care or thought given to it at all. Next time I feel like an overpriced sandwich for lunch, I'll go to a place where consideration is given to basic cleanliness and hygiene. In the meantime, I'll forward my complaint to the MAPAQ.
