After being a weekly customer of Place Tevere Pierrefonds for over 20 years we switched a couple of years ago due to a real decrease in quality. When our new pizzeria lost power today we decided to give Tevere another try. The quality has gotten even worse. Not even worth ordering from Tevere anymore. Complete waste of money.

So...Where to start? First and foremost I used to have an emotional attachment to this place. l was a phone girl at the age of 14 at the Tevere Ste-genevieve location where the real pizzaiolos knew what they were doing, straight italians! The whole staff, who worked there for at leaaaast 20 years, alllll left when they tore down this staple and turned it into this horror of a franchise. Anyways, besides the point.Every now and then just to get 1% of the taste i used to enjoy so deeply, i order pizza for my family and its always a hit or miss. The consistancy is never the same. Tonight, we ordered an Extra Large(16 and received a Large(14 . I called and the owner rudely took the phone convo to another level. This man was trying to convince me that he did not know where the mistake was from....obviously the receptionist put 14 on the bill order instead of 16 and says he will make me an extra 10 pizza to make up for the size......anyways after some arguing he finally decided to make the 16 with a touch of attitude! Zerooooo experience in customer service and i dont understand how hes still the owner and giving, what used to be such a great pizza place, such a bad rep!Never again! Moving on! RiP Tevere???

Got asked for tip by the driver, which i think is unprofessionnal considering i already gave him some.You guys should pay your drivers better instead of less than minimum wage, very not cool on your part.I always support local, but i never agree on exploiting people and even though its not of my business i dont agree at all.Food is good but not worth the increase of price, but thanks for the meal tho

Taste: 5/5 but Health: 1/5You pay for what you get..Pizza is amazing, but when they use cheap canola/veg oils to make the dough BPA written tomato cans that are imported, it can make for a highly addictive product, that probably slowly degrades your body wellness.Most fast food does this. Hard for me to kick this cheat meal habit, but I will be sourcing my own ingredients making pizza myself. ?
