Feedback gevenEDIT: I called the number below and made a report to Tim Hortons. A Manager from the restaurant called me back and denied all responsibility. He said that the employee that hit my car was not a Tim Hortons employee. I should clarify from my initial review that a Tim Hortons manager came to speak with me on the day of the incident. The manager that called me confirmed that he was the same manager who spoke with me on the day of the incident. I asked him on the phone, if it was not a Tim Hortons employee that hit my car why was he, a Tim Hortons manager, speaking with me about it on the day of the incident? He did not respond to this point and, instead, simply denied that the employee was a Tim Hortons employee.An employee hit my car with their shovel while they were clearing snow from the entrance. They denied that the incident occurred and offered no apology.
Good morning,I like the location. I have had some great, satisfying experiences in terms of service and cuisine. But on at least two occasions the coffee was burnt. Too bad to realize this at 50 km! Should clean the coffee maker again or not leave the coffee on the stove for more than 15 minutes...Good day.Parking: Close to the entrance to lautora 40
Disappointing experience in the Tim Horton on Sainte-Croix street. I did not receive what I ordered, only to realize that the person taking orders inside did not speak French. The service was long even though there weren't many people.
No one is ever there, every time i wait 5 min than leave without order because there no customer service!!!
Third time in a row I get served a sandwich with no mayo/sauce/butter.If I wanted to chew cardboard, I would've bought cardboard.
