Unfortunately, I had heard several negative reviews about this specific Tim Hortons but I had to check it out myself!First of all, the location is terrible like really... You walk into the convenience store and you have to do a Where 's Charlie to find him because it 's a ridiculously small counter in the corner. Arriving at the counter, it 's impossible to know which line is which where to order and where to wait so much that it 's small and pell Mell.Finally at the checkout I was served by what looked like a super nice 15 year old but who was clearly elsewhere and had no desire to be there... I asked for a morning wrap as a trio, he added 3 wraps, 3 potatoes and 3 coffees on my order pfff. For real, if I didn 't know what I wanted, I wouldn 't have gotten anything because it was so lost, no threesome? Or what will be the drink with it.Positive point, the service was quite fast! I got my drink within 2 minutes and my order within 10. But the lady who served me was as stupid as she could be. No sleeve or napkin for food.When I said outside I told myself that this hell was finally over but no... The wrap didn 't roll well and the potato was still very cold...In the end, I must admit that it 's not the worst Tim Hortons but we are far from the minimum quality of a fast food restaurant.So for the price and speed I have to give it but for the rest avoided.
Went for an iced coffee, tried to use my app, they scanned it like 4 or 5 times and couldn't get it to work, they said they had to call a technician, so i lost out on potential points there, then they didn't even give me a bill to contest it and have it added... Pas fort...
Very rude service , always give attitude and never smile. I see that they put their ego first rather than customers ??
We 've been stopping by before work for about ten times now since we moved, before we went to St-Hubert.Unfortunately, the employees completely miss the Wraps every morning, they are systematically burned each time, out of 8 wraps, all burned and flattened the 8 orders....Plus it 's longer than other Tims.. So I don 't understand why it 's both longer and failed at the same time..?Maybe the employees aren 't very happy, I don 't know...But it 's never a good experience I 'm adding a star because Tim Horton 's customer service is truly exceptional, they quickly followed up on my comment and for that good jobIf after a few orders the Wraps are no longer burned and the orders are still on the mark I will add other stars
