Fifi's Wine Bar - Lille

Second visit, had a great time! We where in Lille for the day by TGV from Brussels and dropped by. Staff is ever so friendly and chatty. Drinks are cheap! It's true that the people in the North of Franc are very warm and genuine, as we experienced at this bar. One of our Lille favorites!

Fifi's should be on your list if you appreciate authenticity. Remember the show Cheers (I attended college and film class with the writer, Phoef Sutton). Fifi's is like a French Cheers including Gauthier as the manager, bar tender, friend that everyone seems to know and visit. Fifi's is in the lovely old part of Lille. Its local but they welcome visitors. Thank you Guathier (some friends just say Gaut) for a nice visit and lovely wine and nibbles.

After shopping we went for some drinks to Fifi’s. We really enjoyed the wine and advice of the staff. The wines were lovely, also the cheese plate was great!

It was good to find a bar that had a really good wine selection. All at reasonable prices. My partner was also happy with the selection of draught and bottled beers. There was good service, good music, a good atmosphere and it made a very pleasant way to end the evening.

When you enter into a place with "Wine Bar" in the name, you don't expect finding mojito in there.
