Feedback gevenReception and framework The restaurant has not been quite frequented, and it is very pleasant. The service was faster. As soon as we pass the door, we are welcomed by Jazz music, neither too strong nor too soft, in perfect agreement with vinyl, horns, trumpets, tubas and saxophones we find from there. Jazz will be the theme! Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures, and the site really to review, it won't help you make an idea: you'll have to visit! The map The map is very well provided and what is pleasant is that it changes every week. 5 admissions, 5 dishes, 5 desserts renewed each week, for a guarantee of freshness and discover other flavors. Note to lovers: There is also a menu for two, gastronomic typing at 85€, including wines (or 42,50€ per person). Our choice I no longer remember the exact titles of the dishes, but only what we had on our plate. The descriptions and notices follow. Choice 1 Choice 2 Entrance foie gras house and sun veggie dish Tian dish pork cut with salt and herbs Lamb Gigot Dessert Truffé tout chocolat Trifle aux gariguettes Entries foie gras et tetin d'endives : The liver was light but seasoned enough, with a very appreciable muscle tip. I wouldn't have jumped him, but he was very friendly. The sustainable tatin was as much, and accompanies the foie gras. Sun Vegetable Tian: Fresh entrance. It is mainly fresh tonic cheese with zucchini, peppers, tomatoes returned to oil, all cold. The plaque was exceptionally beautiful and corresponded to the theme of the restaurant. Description of the chef's inspiration: he had fun drawing a key of earth and his whole range of balsamic vinegar, on which the Tian came, such a beautiful note to start the partition of the meal. Pork fillet cut in salt and herbs Original dish and I didn't know. The idea is that the cute net cooked in a sort of salt dough bread containing aromatic herbs. It's great when you serve it, the pork is very good, but the salt dough bread doesn't eat... Wink Gigot lamb A pretty classic dish, but really delicious, melting. A pleasure! Desserts Nose chocolate A great classic. A little disappointed because the game was not very copier, but an excellent dessert nevertheless. Trifle with bitches The dessert is original. It is served in a glass jar, containing a cream in Kirsch and a pink biscuit from Reims wet in Champagne, topped by gariguettes and whipped cream. Even if the gariguettes were not the most gourmet of this season, dessert was a pleasant discovery! Final note We had for 71 € (two aperitives, two menus at 29,50 € and a bottle of sparkling water), a reasonable price for a good restaurant (level superior to a brewery). A score of 7.5/10 will be given, with the pleasure of being able to come back, to discover a new map! Bonus I had already advised you for Le Barbue d'Anvers, and I renew my advice here. The decoration is the most original and eccentric, with the Jazzy decor of the rest of the restaurant. I'll let you discover! I wonder if I'm not gonna create a pretty toilet beacon. Because some restaurants really compete with creativity so that we feel good! Laugh Don't go to their site. It is impure and absolutely not up to date. Really bad.
Un regal!!! Un décor est tombé ! Allez !
Rue de Gand , il faut sélectionner drastiquement . La qualité est loin d'être toujours au rendez vous. Les touristes remplissent les resto .Ici le décor est sympa , le service courtois sans plus , Point d'enthousiasme pour les plats , pire encore pour les garnitures .Nous n'avons pas aimé la carte des vins très courte et la sélection insipide .Nous n'avons pas apprécié qu'on ne rechigne pas à faire travailler une stagiaire le dimanche !
Les nombreux avis positifs nous ont incité à aller dans ce restaurant.Cuisine vraiment délicieuse, fraîche, de qualité.La contrepartie de ce festin est une carte très réduite: pas beaucoup de choixDommage qu'il n'y ait pas un petit effort pour la deco: table en Formica et chaise quelconque, menu plastifié. Un minimum de deco ++ en ferait un vrai coup de cœur !
Parmi les innombrables restaurants de la charmante rue de Gand, ce restaurant ne fait sûrement pas partie des meilleurs mais l'ambiance y est "sympa".Les plats sont dans la catégorie traditionnelle / brasserie et sont corrects.Les prix sont quant à eux gonflés à cause de la situation idéale du restaurant.
