Order method Mobile app Order 1 large pizza plus delivery expected waiting time 1 hour Can I just ask how these simple margins can be so incredibly difficult to follow?? My order arrived 45 minutes AFTER the expected wait!! My order (1 Large pizza) was nowhere near hot! it wasn 't even body temperature !! the cheese had started to harden when I got it delivered !! their excuse then was sorry but I 've been alone at work! Excuse me, but are you coming here to tell me that the pizza baker AS ONE COMPANY facilitates the ordering and collection of food and drinks VIA APP!! I don 't even have to talk to the people who work there! BUT don 't hire enough people to keep your own promises . i don 't care if it was the worker 's fault or not! BUT WHO 'S IN CHARGE OF LILLESAND REALLY NEEDS TO GET A KICK IN THE BUTT AND GET TO WORK!!! You don 't leave employees alone when you have requirements to be maintained!! sorry to have to say it but it 's pure idiocy!

It was Ordered offer menu online as another picked up. Instead of getting 2 large pizzas, we got 1 and 1/2 and that this was gluten-free with the wrong filling. Didn't get soda as ordered. When we called, got up and told about the misunderstanding and that we had not received what we paid for, we were met with skepticism and counter-arguments. Ordered a pizza on app, waited and waited and nothing came. Called about 25 minutes before closing time to find out what was going on and was told that they had not received an order and could not deliver it.
