Domino's Pizza - Lillington

It has been an hour and a half since I placed my order at this restaurant. I have tried to call to inquire about the delivery but the phone line is constantly busy. I understand that they may be busy and short-staffed, but I have been patient and still cannot get any information on my order. It is now past 10pm, other food has been served, and since I cannot reach anyone, I am concerned that my food will be left on the porch overnight and eaten by animals.

The service at this restaurant was very poor. I ordered food for my kids and had to call 8 times before someone finally answered. After waiting 2 hours, I was informed that they hadn't even started preparing my food. When I asked for a refund, I was told it would take 7-10 business days to process. It took 3 1/2 hours to finally receive my food. Overall, this restaurant is the worst I have ever experienced.

I don't know because they literally never ever ever ever answer the phone no exaggeration I've called there 20 Times at least in the past 2 months and no human answers the phone,EVER!!! Do you know how much money yall could've made from smh!!!

Jon/John (not sure on spelling) is an awesome employee and very friendly! Love everyone at this location!
