We first went to the locale in Salaverry and it took the waiter 20minutes to actually take our order from the moment we sat down, after that it was an avergae Peruvian restaurant experience with no extra service or initiative from our waiter, he did not even know what Ranch sauce nor was A1 steaksauce provided. Our second venture was this past Sunday in the Santa Anita Mall location. We gave the restaurant another shot at redemption to see maybe it was at the other location that the service was below average and we came to a HUUUGE disappointment. There were only 5 tables occupied and we sat down and a guy told us a waiter will be right with us and out of the 2 waiters that were walking around, it took one of them 25 minutes AGAIN to attend our order, being busy was not an excuse, we had to constantly try to get their attention until finally a young waiter came. Our plates at the table were dirty and stained and we asked for new ones and they brought another set of plates with leftover food stain, UNACCEPTABLE. I then ordered wings from the entree part of the menu and a grill combo for 2, my wife and I. We waited 20minutes for the food to arrive and he brought out the grill first and had forgotten about the entree and I asked about the wings and he said. they will be coming out soon, let me double cheek, to which I then proceeded to cancel the order as I had ordered it first to which the response I got was, you did not specify you wanted it first to which I responded back, I should not have to, it is in the entree section. This guy then proceeded to forget to bring all the corresponding sauces as their training requires to place the table with not just ketchup and mustard packets, which is something I think is ridiculous for the prices they charge and the reputation of their restaurant. Not once did he walk by us to ask if we were fine or if we needed anything and we just wanted to make this experience as short as possible and when we asked for the check and food to go he took forever to attend us and even forgot to put ALL the food to go. VERY VERY disappoined and it shows that the restaurant is nothing but a brand name and no longer about customer service or the tradition it upholds in the US. P.S. Not once was bread served in either experience and the grilled mushrooms have no flavor, the AJI did the food justice.
