On weekends, this restaurant is very busy with the Peruvian family who spend a nice moment together with a beach visit. Please make sure what you order because the part is generous. Unless you want to go home with a big doggy bag, what most people do. Very nice and recommended place if you want to go from the typical tourist paths.
We arrived with a party of ten and were seated in two awkward fitting round tables accommodating eight, leaving two of us standing around like fools until we alerted them that there were two of us left. Then the waiter shows up with a single menu for the whole table. When we complained, they came back with 3 more....on our way out, we passed the waiter’s station with plenty of menus for everyone. Youre going to pay a premium to eat here compared to surrounding restaurants. Make sure you’re treated accordingly. The place reeks of tourist trap.
This local is ok, clean and tight (tables so tight and close), good view of the ocean, the food just ok let's check if you can the kitchen, the drink so strong I can not enjoy the sweet of the passion fruit or the lemon juice just taste the strong Ron or pisco, good environment, good for couples, good for the family, better if you go at noon to enjoying the sunset. I will be back. No good for mobility impairments the furniture is so tight and close each other.
Good environment, position is in front of the ocean, just 6 meters from the ocean, good view, just try the drinks, the pisco sour really is so strong or they use some a know domestic brand, must be reformular the pisco sour, drinks are so strong. Environment is ok simple and tight. Good for couples. Good for back around noon and stay longer.
I have never such a poor review regarding a restaurant with such delicious food. I enjoyed the food and the staff was courteous and friendly. However, the people behaved like complete savages that have never seen a buffet in their entire life. I have lived around the entire world and have only experience such uncouth people in the villages of China and India. *Never* before in a city like Lima. The entire experience feels like an England/France football game with people half my size somehow defying physics to reach reach over my head for the food. At the end, you get to dessert you get to witness complete twits asking dozens of stupid questions, kind of like people coming to Starbucks for the first time... rather... coming to Starbucks without knowing what coffee is. This is truly a place full of Pueblanos putting on airs.
