Cold Stone Creamery, Oh - Lima

I do not recommend visiting this restaurant at 6 PM. The staff was extremely rude. It’s unacceptable to be kept in the dark about when something is running out. The atmosphere is lacking. They really need more professionalism. The ice cream was good, but the poor service overshadowed that. The lobby closes in just five minutes. If the staff were friendlier, I would consider giving it an extra star, but that ship has sailed. I'm pretty sure my dog would receive better service here.

I ordered a small dish, and my friend got a shake. We both had some ice cream on the side of our plates and cups, which the server handed to us without any thought of cleaning it up first.

It’s a fantastic spot to unwind and indulge in some delicious desserts after a long day.

The girl who waited on me, just gave eye rolls and not only did I catch it, my youngest sister saw and watch out for her! employee was rude.

Went through the drive-thru tonight with my family and the lady took our order in a very mean rude tone and then proceeded to be rude when pulling up to the window. Really not happy that we were treated like the biggest inconvenience of her life.
