Kfc - Lima

She handed me a Mountain Dew, but I didn't take it and instead held it out to her, saying I had ordered a Pepsi. She insisted I had asked for Mountain Dew, but I clarified that we never drink Mountain Dew. She took it back and then made another Mountain Dew, which she handed to me. I corrected her again, saying it was supposed to be a Pepsi. Finally, she gave me a drink that had been sitting by the window for a while. After finally getting his order, I told my husband that I would never go back there again—he would have to go himself for his chicken! The only staff member I interacted with was the young woman at the drive-thru, and she was quite rude.

I ordered a two-piece original chicken meal, while my wife opted for a two-piece extra crispy chicken meal. Unfortunately, we both received what I assume was meant to be original chicken, but it was greasy and tasted stale, as if it had been sitting out all day. They also forgot my coleslaw. Overall, I was not impressed by the new opening.

I'm not sure what happened to our usual chicken place in Lima, but it's definitely lost its touch. However, KFC has really stepped up their game! Delicious!

I’m a big fan of KFC, but I'm worried they might close down this year. Their hours and food quality are very inconsistent. When I visited about two weeks ago, they were out of chicken. Then, a week and a half ago, I learned that half the items I wanted would take 15-20 minutes to prepare. Just four days ago, I went around 6:00 PM to avoid long wait times, only to find they were closed because of a staffing shortage. I tried again the next day around 3:00 PM and was told they wouldn't open until 4:00 PM.

I went through the drive-thru and the chicken was just okay. I noticed a worker handing a bag of food to the car in front of us, but they returned it and pulled forward to wait. The worker then handed the same bag to us; I saw him place it down and then pick it back up. I really don’t like strangers handling my food, especially since both boxes were open. To make matters worse, the employee lied to me and said the order was fresh.
