Mcdonald's - Lima

I've never had a good experience here. Last summer I came in for a frozen Fanta. I stood there for 40 minutes waiting for it. A guy came in 10 minutes after me, they gave him his food after 20 minutes and gave him a free pie for the long wait. So I walk up to the counter to ask, and wasn't able to get anyone's attention for about 7 more minutes. I didn't get anything extra either, even though the other guy did for waiting half as long as me. I hate to complain about fast food, but that was ridiculous.In March I went in for a Shamrock shake. The kiosk didn't give me a recipt. After 10 minutes of standing there, an employee yells about the shake machine being broken. 7 more minutes for a refund.This place always wastes my time.

Waited for 15 minutes while 4 people behind me with bigger orders got their food and I didn’t get and bun with my McGriddle and how hard is it to give a customer a straw with their ice coffee it

Everything tastes the same and it's not good I never get the correct order and I wait in line forever this is not a favorite place at all for

Check you have all of your food! Then check again literally 75% of the time you are missing an item. As far as quality of food, it's a McDonald's, but for a McDonald's it's meh at

Every time I come here they ask me to pull to “reserved” spot. Listen if you are really that worried about your drive thru times get people their food faster. Three cars in front of me and two behind, this is not Sonic.Bonus my chicken bacon Cajun ranch, was neither bacon-Cajun or ranch. But did manage to get the chicken right.
