Just Pizza And Kebab - Limerick

I had the best pizza I've ever tasted in Limerick! If you're a bodybuilder, though, this might not be the ideal place to order your cheat meal. The prices are surprisingly reasonable for such high-quality food. I truly mean it—this has become my go-to spot from now on!

I waited nearly 3 hours in total and the food arrived 2 hours late. The staff on the phone and delivering the food were completely disorganized. I won’t be ordering from them again.

I placed an order online, but I didn’t receive part of my order and wasn’t given any explanation, yet I was still charged for it. I called right away to find out what happened and to inquire about a refund for the missing items. However, I was told it "wouldn’t be possible," but they said they would send me another drink instead, and then I was hung up on. Nothing was sent to me, and I received nothing at all! The staff on the phone were incredibly rude, and overall, it was a terrible experience. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Scam, stay away! Took money but never delivered the food! Police has been informed

I ordered from here for the first time. The delivery took over two hours and we ended up getting nothing and losing our money. We went out to get the food as soon as we got a notification that the food was there. Nobody was there. We called the restaurant and received very rude service. They said it was my fault as they had waited for 30 minutes (I highly doubt that) and called me many times. They told me that my phone number is not correct even though I checked it many times that it is and I had my ringer on. Additionally, I was checking my phone every minute and it was open next to me. So, if they couldn 't get through to me by my phone, there was nothing I could have done about it. During the call I was called 'careless ' and they told me that I do not care about my order and that I was wasting their time. Also they said that this was my second time ordering from them and also a second time me leaving them hanging. This is not correct as it was my first time ever ordering from them or anywhere. They told me never to order from them again, even though that was very pointless as I wouldn 't have done that anyway. Very rude service, I feel disrespected and did not get our food nor our money back. Definitely do not recommend ordering or buying from them!!!!! I would have given zero stars but had to give one to post.
