Pizza Planet 2 - Limerick

I ordered a takeaway delivery No sign of my order after 1 hour, so I rang pizza planet and a nasty man answered me. He told me that I am too far from the takeaway and that my order would be there when it was there and in future no not order from them. He then hung up on me. (So why accept my order?? I received my cold food. It ended up in the bin as it was inedible! Shame on you. I won't be ordering from here again What a waste of €30

Visited here whilst on business trip in Limerick and order eventually arrived and content was as ordered and excellent Couldnt say a word against it Much enjoyed pleasant staff in the place under severe pressure so I say well done and a definite be back in November when we are next in business in the area

Been ordering for a while now every Saturday. Today took the biscuit. Got wrong pizza. Ordered margarita but got chicken pizza. Ordered banana milkshakes didn’t get the right ones. Some smart ass came on the phone to say he made them himself I’m almost a year if not more ordering them) asked me the color of them. It’s a milk shake. It’s either bubble gum or not then ended up hanging up on me. Delivery man was lovely but we won’t be back. Shame as my kids love the pizzas. Every Saturday without fail we order.

This Pizza place does a massive pizza with 3 toppings for a tenner. As a parent with 3 boys this is a great way to snack on a budget. The pizza is yummy and the staff are nice and they accommodate all sorts of pizza-based whims (jalapenos on one quarter, olives in another, etc)

Rang in an order for the kids after a match on Saturday evening. Called 20 mins later and the assistant had no record of our order. I gave him the order again and waited for the food to be prepared. 25 mins later I had to ask on an update on our food order. He asked me again what was our order. After going through the same process again he can back with the food which must have been sitting for some time as it was freezing cold. I asked how long it had been sitting and he looked at me blankly. I left the food and walked out. Much better alternatives available in the area. Best avoided in my opinion.
