Pepe's Bistro - Lincoln

Excellent spot for vegans and all. The cashew crème and mole are fantastic. They even have avocado cheesecake.

I've enjoyed every single thing I've eaten at Pepe's, especially the nachos. So happy to have a safe place for vegans in Lincoln. Non vegans will enjoy too

Pepe is one of the nicest people on the planet and the food speaks for itself! Do yourself a favor and anytime you're in Lincoln, make sure you stop in. If not for the food, stop in for the supportive and creative atmosphere!

Pepes is just something else, incredible food, a business that loves it's community, and an owner that gives back every chance he has. Love Pepe's and everything they stand for!

I've been following Pepe's on IG for a while finally got the chance to go. The food was delicious, the vibes were immaculate and the service was top notch. I got a jar of jalapeños carrots to take home and they're amazing too. There's little books colored pencils at each table so you can leave a little doodle or poem for others to enjoy there's local art on the walls.Will definitely be going back to Pepe's next time I'm in Lincoln.
