Arby's - Lincoln

Fantastic Arby's experience! The food is fresh and well-prepared, the dining area is clean and well-maintained, and the staff at the counter are extremely friendly.

I visited the drive-thru at this Arby's tonight, and I have to say, I was really impressed. When I mentioned that my recent roast beef sandwiches had been a bit dry, they went above and beyond to make it right. They offered me a fresh and juicy roast beef sandwich and personally ensured it met their quality standards. And it really was excellent! To top it off, they even comped my meal without me asking for it, simply as a gesture of great customer service. I'm truly impressed, and I will definitely be returning to this Arby's!

I'm now addicted to the white cheddar mac and cheese! However, I was a bit frustrated by the almost overnight change to the two-for-one items. It wasn't the items themselves, but rather that they looked the same until I got to the microphone to place my order. The food is consistently delicious, especially the fish sandwich. Just please give me a heads-up when the mac and cheese changes categories!

Best hot turkey sandwiches hands down. I made a few substitutions by switching to sesame bread and added cheddar. So dang good!! The fries are always hot and fresh and so darn good!!! I just love me some Arby's!!

I had the land prime rib sandwich, and it was enjoyable, though I found the flavors a bit lacking in the layers. Overall, I would rate the food 5/5.
