Bagels Joe - Lincoln

This restaurant has a unique atmosphere and was incredibly clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. They offer a wide selection of breakfast items and bagels. I found my breakfast burrito to be just average — I ordered a classic one with turkey. However, as the name suggests, there is also a fantastic variety of coffee options. My coffee really made up for the so-so burrito; it was excellent. I had a café au lait with oat milk and some maple walnut coffee. I would definitely return, though I might choose a bagel breakfast sandwich next time.

They offer a wide variety of choices, from coffee and smoothies to both indulgent and healthy bagels. However, it's important to arrive before they close, as they typically shut down by around 2 PM in the afternoon. This schedule makes sense since they open earlier than many other places. There's also a second location on the south side, which has a more classic vibe, and that’s a nice option too. Overall, it's a great spot!

My husband and I absolutely love this locally-owned spot in Lincoln! Our go-to order is the bacon, egg, and provolone sandwich, usually on a plain bagel, although the jalapeño, French toast, and sesame varieties are also delicious! Everything is always fresh and incredibly tasty. I highly recommend trying the strawberry/banana and mango tropical smoothies as well! They offer complimentary water and black tea, which is a nice touch. The chalk art is stunning, and the place is always spotless. I give it a perfect 10/10!

My husband and I came in last weekend and got a business box to take home with us with a dozen bagels and 2 8 oz tubs of cream cheese. Their bagels and cream cheese are delicious. We really loved the mixed berry bagels! The strawberry and blueberry cream cheeses we got are also really really good. We didn't get coffee this time around but will definitely do that next time. There was just too much to look at on the menu since it was our first time there and they were really busy. Next time I hope to be able to look at the menu a little more and see what else they have and order some fancy coffee too. :

I have had Joe's Cobb Saled twice this week. I really enjoy it. I don't go to Bagels and Joe much since they stopped making a roast beef sandwich- which used to be my favorite roast beef sandwich in Lincoln. But I can add it back to places to choose from for the salad.
