Waited in line at the drive thru only to be told we only take orders from the app what does that mean? I have no idea. I was then informed that they can 't take orders in the lobby either. Great customer service!
Worst experience I’ve ever seen 22 minute wait for 2 cars. Get to the window and see the women cooking with no gloves and coughing in her hand. With that being said will not be eating here again. Sad that they would let a location get to this point. The only car behind me actually backed out of the entire drive through.
The service was great. my pommes were hot that I had requested. the quartierburger, from which I had never heard in the burger king, was dry and in a ground tasteless, as it sat there already a dae in the steamer.
I went through the drivethru at 40th and old Cheney, they said wait a minute, I waited 4 minutes before I drove away. Then I went to the drivethru at 48 and van dorn. I ordered 2 quarter pound king sandwiches, 8 cheese sticks and 8 chicken nuggets. I got jalapeño poppers instead of cheese sticks. I went back to make it right, but the dining room was closed and nobody answered the phone. Two guys left the restaurant while the phone was ringing, to have their break. The phone machine said leave a message and then said the messages were full and couldn 't take another one. My friend said I need to be a Karen to get service, but I 'm not a Karen, I 'm just a frustrated customer.
