Feedback gevenI just drove through the Lincoln Carl's Jr and ordered 2 loaded burrito meals and the French toast sticks. The oil was old snd the potatoes and French toast tasted awful. I called to let them know I thought the oil was bad and the Manager told me theywere changing the oil while we were talking. She found my receipt and told me they would replace the order. I told her I livein another town and it would be right away but next time I come into town. She told me to save the food snd being in inwhenever. I threw the food out and she knows the exact order, time I was there and my name. She hung up on me when I yold herthey knew the oil needed to be changed prior to making my food and this isn't right. Customer Service is horrible and ourexperience doesn't matter.
My crisscut for fries were cold, obviously under the warmer way too long and my hamburger literally cold.. this happens way too often.. NOT COMING BACK!! If you don't have any pride in your product get another job!!
Staff is friendly. And food is good and fresh. But everytime I've gone they seem to be painfully slow for a fast food joint. But I assume it's because of lack of employees like most businesses are dealing with right now.
The food was good. The only thing was the Pepsi didnt taste good. But other than night nice people great service!
Always the best service no matter what! I'm not usually a fast good person but this place is awesome! Great people all the time and great service! The food is made perfectly and they fix an order if something needed fixed. For a fast food restaurant theydid great retaining the people they have so far?
