Chili's Grill - Lincoln

My friend and I thought we had a really nice time at this location, until we got home and started throwing up. We thought, maybe we ate too much but after reading the same thing happened to other reviewers, now I fear it could have been due to cleanliness. I knew the chicken crispers tasted a tad weird and the ranch was super watery. I really liked this location but will be scared to eat here again.

Maybe the only place for happy hour in rhode. Also my favorite chips in the world how the hell are they so thin. Everyone is very pleasant and welcoming. Will go back.

Literally the worst experience of my life.Waitress barely acknowledged us at all.We ordered a 3 for me chips (queso, salsa, guac) double old timer with cheeseKids meal chicken tenders a friesLoaded potato soup hand breaded chicken tenders (4) with Mac and cheese and fries.(Soup and chips with dips should have came out well before our entree)Francisco kicked us out for because we complained that our food came out all together instead of apps first and then our entree. So embarrassing and be littling and unprofessional.On top of the terrible mind blowing service.The chicken tenders were hard and disgusting, not edible. The burger on the 3 for me was clearly the wrong burger so wrong that the manager Francisco argued with us saying that burger was not on the 3 for me and we had to show him on the menu.We barely got to eat anything since it all came out at once and then he told us to get out.Francisco terrible manager, rude, unprofessionalHostess never greeted us either. Waitress was Alicia, shy and also unprofessional. When I asked someone on the way out what the general managers name was she said sisco . How unprofessional. A bunch of little kids running this place.

Ordered takeout (from Chili 's Lincoln RI). During the process I discovered the Buffalo chicken salad was removed from the menu. That was my go to item.. Ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich instead. Shortly after eating nausea set in.. Nothing like food poisoning and violent vomiting to closeout your birthday.. Pretty safe to say I 'll never ordering/eat from Chili 's again. Not just because of this most recent issue. But the last 3 4 times I 've experienced issues with quality, or accuracy. Sad because Chili 's use to be good.. Like most franchises trying to stay competitive before post covid they 've seemed to have lost their identity and allowed quality to dwindle..

One of the best Chili’s locations around. Service is prompt, drinks are well made, and food is always fresh and tasty.
