China Buffet Mongolian Grille - Lincoln

The food was good, but did not change because the restaurant first opened I especially liked the teriyaki huh, but the sesame needed sweet. I would recommend the mushrooms because they were plump and well cooked.

I will preface this review with: I normally find buffets to not be worth the price of admission. But that’s not how I feel about China buffet. The Mongolian Grill section is well appointed and the cook was skilled enough to perfectly cook the protein without overcooking the vegetables (I prefer my veggies to be steaming, but to still have a little snap). Of the pre-prepared items on the buffet:The veggies in the broccoli chicken/beef had that same snap.The teriyaki chicken was charred without being burned.My one regret for the whole fried tilapia was that I waited until the end to try it.TLDR: A buffet with limited selection, but the items presented are done well, and the service was also noteworthy.

Completely awful. No flavor, all chicken has water taste, potatoes and broccoli not cooked, crab ragoons inner is very wet brown, lumpy taste bad.

The food is usually super good here but today it was so off and a lot of things were nasty tasting today. There were even other people at the buffet complaing about how bad everything was.
