Absolutely all I have eaten from here was deliciously seasoned and cooked. The ribs have a large smokey taste and fall from the bone. Not only are they cooked well, but there are plenty of meat on them. A very impressive amount of food for the price. The fish is moist and the coating is so crispy. The aromas are all on point. Definitely one of my favorite people on the menu. But let's talk about the Okra. If you have okra, you know that if it is not done correctly, it is not edible. Grandma Weavs okra is perfection!!! I promise you won't be disappointed. The red beans and rice are the best I had, and the baked beans are just as good. If you have a little, or picky eater, the Mac and Cheese will be a hit safe. It is just the right amount of cheese to noddle ratio, and it is baked what I think adds much needed texture. Something very special and fun are the funnel cakeries with powder sugar and caramel or chocolate. YUM!!! I can't expect to dine on a day, but now I feel 100% confident and safe eating. So do yourself a favor and treat yourself some delicious comfort food that does not break the bank.

Love this place! I haven't been so good in the south for years. The fried chicken is made to order and the sides are upper notch. If you are looking for a solid comfort food in Lincoln, this is the place.

Chicken was good, but the fried Okra ended me up in a rehab clinic and I'm on the no-fly list with Delta 4/10 would not recommend

By far the best chicken I have ever had...and the greens and baked beans were unbelievable!!! Delicious food!!!
