Kfc Kentucky Fried Chicken - Lincoln

Ordered on the KFC app, arrived and the food wasn't ready. They looked around and apparently gave it to someone at the drive thru so I stood there waiting for 5-10 minutes for them to remake the order and give it to me with 0 communication. Chickensandwich was pink but the rest of the food was fine.

I would say a bunch of 3rd graders work there but that would be an insult to 3rd graders. Ordered 12 piece, got 9. Count your chickens people!

This is the 2nd time we gave this place a chanse. Dinner time , friday and drive thru. 1.We asked for 18pc bucket all dark meat extra crispy, at first they said they cant accomodate then they said they will but there will be 20min wait. What we were givenwas 12pc mixed meat regular. 2. We asked for 2 mash potatoe sides no gravy and 1 corn , 1 mac cheese we were given 1 mash ,1 coleslaw and 1 mac cheese half full. 3. No receipt was given to us. This occurs every time at 8pm given that they close at10pm i observed them tell drive thru customers they were out of product both time while inside staff is cleaning for closing. Ifthe manager/owner reads this and wonders why sales are low trust me its not due to no customers. If you are a customer just goto safeway deli next door n get fried chicken there it will be cheaper, your order will always be correct and flavor is on par.

My drive thru experience with a 3 pc tender combo: No napkins, no dipping sauce, a diet Pepsi (didn't order diet), an opened cookie, and half size tenders. Okay, so I have to go inside only to find they do NOT have any napkins, they do NOT have anyPepsi, they did give me another cookie and two ranch dips, but the tenders are what they are. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Extremely dissatisfied!!! The prices have gone up quite a bit and the chicken seemed very stale. We usually order the 3 piece original recipe meal with white meat and we felt pressured to buy the drink, when what we wanted was the chicken, mashedpotatoes, coleslaw and biscuit. They also substituted wrong item on my friends order. He ordered mashed potatoes and mac cheese, crispy recipe with a biscuit. Instead he received coleslaw and Mac cheese with his order. Very disappointed!
