Kim's Country Kitchen - Lincoln

I love kims. I've been driving with my big ganfather since I was about 8. I went back today for the first time in 4 years and I accidentally discovered that in the girl bath is a beautiful painting behind the hanging mirror. it's so cool that all these years it was there and I never knew. please, don't take the mirror down to see I accidentally knocked him down, but the mirror was in order and I just put him back.

If I were a chicken and my eggs were poached like the one in the photo, I would never produce eggs again. First time seeing an egg’s Benedict like this. Very disappointed.

Kim's Country Kitchen reminds me of homegrown cooking from my grandmas farm. I love the country touches scattered thruout. It reminds me of a truck stop but in a very good way. The portions are large and the people are friendly and kind. I loved it here! I got the Chili Verde Breakfast Burrito my husband got the Veggie Scramble and we shared a small order of biscuits and gravy (every time I go to a new place, I try their biscuits and gravy! . My husbands veggie scramble was awesome! I think adding a tortilla on the side would be an awesome addition (he turns everything into a burrito . My burrito was super tasty! The salsa on the side had a good kick that partnered well with the verde. The biscuits and gravy was yummy, not watered down and had lots of sausage flavor! Definitely we will be back and I'm so happy I tried this great spot!

This is just for my food today. Have never complained about this place before. I got biscuits and gravy and this is what came. More like soup and super watery and mashed up biscuit. Not even edible!!! What happened to this!!!! So gross! Will never order this again and they forgot my fiancés toast! And the breakfast burrito is super small and no flavor and the eggs are SO over cooked it has a gross taste to it . Would not order that again either. I will just stick to the one thing I always get from now on cause I know that the newmans potatoes are always good.

Yummy good fair price for the amount of food that you get service is nice and friendly atmosphere is comfortable and cute. I definitely recommend this to somebody else going back again soon.
